Nile Rodgers Productions (CHIC ft. Nile Rodgers, We Are Family Foundation), MGP Live (Sonic Symphony, Batman Anniversary, The 8-Bit Big Band)
As Booking Manager for MGP Live, I booked a 30+ show international tour for Sonic Symphony and GRAMMY-winning jazz orchestra The 8-Bit Big Band, negotiating all venue contracts/co-pro partnerships and securing all paperwork and insurance for each event. I created and maintained budgets to identify profitable engagements and inform ticket scaling / marketing spend, worked closely with Production Managers to ensure consummate, cost-efficient advancing and booked orchestras for all shows through local contractors.
As Executive Assistant to GRAMMY-winning producer, songwriter, guitarist Nile Rodgers, I booked and coordinated worldwide travel and accommodations for CHIC ft. Nile Rodgers and co-headliners for all private functions and worldwide tour dates: Camp Bestival, Electric Picnic, Montreux Jazz Festival, Curacao North Sea Jazz Festival, Rockness, Lovebox, Lounge on the Farm, Guilfest, etc.
At the We Are Family Foundation, I was in charge of travel, hospitality and correspondence for all talent and honorees at fundraisers and events including WAFF Annual Gala at Hammerstein Ballroom, Three Dot Dash and TedxTeen.
Coordinated booths and represented record label at PAX East and New York Comic Con.
